Haven’t got round to WiFi-ing your Benetti yet? You’re not alone. A study by Ledbury Research has shown that most luxury brands still apparently don’t know the web from their oysters. Last year PSFK ran some research that came to the same conclusions: that luxury brands are failing to take advantage of digital media to create dialog with their customers.
