The former 40-story headquarters of JP Morgan has been transfomed into 326 Philippe Starck-designed residences. A sign of things to come for the Wall Street area: the condo luxo has amenities including a 5,000 sq. ft. roof park that looks out over the NY Stock Exchange, an extensive gym, a bowling alley, a screening theater and also a lobby with the world’s largest chandelier!
