Modeling the Naughties

Beginnings are always hard to spot but retrospectively not hard to place at all as their looks define how generations appreciate human beauty. Of course we’re all young at PSFK and we only look at these things retrospectively and predictively.

Retrospectively Twiggy and The Shrimp epitomised the sixties, Gia Marie with Jones the 70’s, Cindy and Linda the campaign faces of the 80’s, Kate the face of the 90’s. What about the naughties (00’s) Do the middle earth elvin features of Lily Cole herald the first definite shift in our perception of beauty which will define the 00’s?
