   West coast burger chain “In-n-Out” (http://www.in-n-out.com/ ) has a “secret” menu (see http://www.zenlemur.com/innout.shtml ) that includes 3×3 (3 patties + 3 cheese slices), 4×4, etc. I heard of some group of teens that ordered a 10×10 once.
