BAPE NYC
Nigo has launched his first Bathing Ape store in the US, the 16th in his ever expanding empire. The store on New York’s Greene Street in SoHo is filled with his uber cool tees, shiny sneakers and even umbrellas. "Japan’s reigning king of cool", as reported in the New York Times, is planning to open 4 more stores in Japan in 2005, and there is even talk of a Bape hotel.
