Online Banking: Chase Decides To Go Retro
I mean, who wants to use the web to help simplify life and make financial management a breeze….
Email to PSFK contributor from Chase (Jan 15 2005):
Thank you for sampling Chase Online Credit Card Statements. Unfortunately, this month marks the end of the sample period. As a result, starting next month you will no longer receive an online statement for your credit card account.
Future Chase credit card paper statements will continue to be sent to the billing address on file with Chase.
To ensure that your account is maintained in good standing throughout this transition, you may check your account balance, minimum payment due, due date and more, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by signing into Chase Online(SM) at
IMPORTANT : Receiving paper statements again means:
* You will no longer receive a Chase Online Credit Card Statement and its associated email alerts.
* Any future automatic payments you have associated with this payee will no longer be made.
* Any existing scheduled payments will be cancelled. You will need to reschedule these payments manually to make a payment.
