Healthy living, Organic, ‘free range’, large open spaces and fare animal rights. It’s all the go. It has been for some time, but day by day we become more accessible to ways of eating with peace of mind – knowing (hoping) our daily intake has come from a good reliable source and of course one that has been fair to its produce.
When it comes to eggs most people will say they eat free range. They don’t like the idea of battery hens. But how do we really know the little blighters have had the free run of their coop and not stuck next to some other batty hen all day chewing at their own feet?
