The way I see it, we owe a debt of gratitude to GM Ford and Chrysler for the P51 Mustang (GM-North American) the Sherman Tank (Ford Motor Co.) and the M1A1 Tank (Designed by Chrysler Defense). All of you (GM) corporate bashers should kneel in obeisance and then you may insult.

Jalopnik has "buried" GM so many times,
he needs an undertaker's license. Jalopnik was the same fool who pooh-poohed the Chevy VOLT as "PR." Some PR. Spending %500 million (pretty expensive PR), GM is on the verge of transforming the auto industry and now apparently has at least one set (perhaps two) of battery cells that meet specs, a first.
None of the all-electric companies stand a chance - either they're cutrate super golf carts, or $100,000 to $300,000 sportscars that can't get to Vegas and back. The plug-in is the economicaly sensible solution, not yet the all-electric - that is years aware, for sure,
and not really all that important - plug-ins can accomplish almost everything that
EVs can. GM-haters like Jalopnik will have plenty of explaining as to why they have been proven so wrong in their silly
GM bashing fits.

From AdPulp:

Advertising has always subsidized the media, but it's clearly a love-hate relationship. And now, this story suggests that GM has pulled its advertising in the Los Angeles Times, in an objection to "factual errors and misrepresentations" in the Times' coverage of GM.

In an attempt to destroy the kudos and high mark values around some of their leading brands, GM has announced that they will be badging 'GM' on the side of the doors of Saabs, Chevrolets and Cadillacs. This may be oh-so-surprising, but most of GM's mar...
