In a move that reminds PSFK just how far behind the cellphones are in the US, a deal between Irish content firm Wildwave and a Los Angeles-based TV network will put
independent and underground music videos on European Vodafone 3G phones. The service will offer:

"An unwavering focus on the
vanguards of alternative, electronic, punk, gothic, metal, rap, hip hop
and trance, HavocTV unleashes music programming that can’t be found on
MTV or other music channels."
