Fixed Line Mobile Phone

BT have launched in the UK a mobile phone that thinks it’s a fixed line phone too. Whenever the phone is within range of the user’s BT broadband connection, it acts as a fixed line phone charging costs 5.5p an hour or 3p a minute for peak times.

Move outside your home or office and, under the BT Fusion service, the phone becomes a mobile phone with calls charged at mobile tariff rates.
