Huh? How about airlines treating their customers as human beings? Or at least customers? How about an iota of care about softening the impact of security scanning at the airport, or how about not charging me the earth because I decided to fly 2 days ago? How about Direct TV on every flight - no how about free personalized DVD on every flight? And free headphones and what about one of those little bags with socks and stuff Virgin give you? And how about not serving us microwaved plastic as food? How about a decent cup of tea? How about the captain shaking my zero-points hand as well as the platinum card member sat next to me? How about a little love for what you airlines do?
