Virgin Goes Second-hand

Virgin is launching a new service called ‘Re-Play’ – selling pre-owned DVD’s and CD’s.

Derek Dunlop, Retail Project Manager at Virgin said “Through the launch of RE-PLAY Virgin has created a high street presence where customers can bring in their previously played CDs and DVDs where they can exchange for cash there and then, in an environment that is relevant to everyone – from the real collector through to the bargain hunter”.

The service is only currently available in the UK stores at Birmingham and Southampton but is expected to go nationwide soon.
