Creating Buzz

With a different take on marketing, Seth Godin is selling pre-publication galley’s of his next (last?) book.  The book, with 32 co-authors, is available in batches of 50, but only to those who can spread the word, and the book, to those people with influence who can purchase 100+ copies of the hardback.  This is not a money-making effort for the authors, as all profits are going to charity, but more of an experiment in creating buzz and a ‘bigger goal.. to transform thousands of organizations–corporations, non-profits, community groups, whatever.’
