Sony plans to almost triple the number of comic books it formats for mobile phones. The main style is ‘Manga’ and mobile phone comics use technology that takes users through stories at carefully calculated speed and employ pop-up windows and vibration to add to the drama.
Under a subscription scheme, fans can download 5 titles a month for 315 Yen.
