‘Freshly Squeezed’ Milk

EkspresI should think the market for fresh milk has similar characteristics in countries with a similar climate to Europe: How do you make your product stand out from your ample competition? It’s tough to differentiate: packaging and pricing, origin of the milk ("The Freshness of the Alps, sir?") are the obvious ones. Not much else, though. Anyone?

Danish (mega-)dairies Arla havecome up with a stroke of genius, in my opinion. It’s called Expressmilk, from cow to shop overnight. "Freshly squeezed" springs to mind, and I’m willing to part with more money for that. Not that I know much about this particular industry, it’s not particularly sexy, you know. But it’s clever, innit?
