YEN is an Australian based magazine with international reach. One Australian contributor described it as follows:

“What I love about this is that they don’t go for the trashy “20 ways to have a super orgasm!!” content like Cosmo, and whatever those other types of magazines are. They’re all about filling their issues with positive, original substance. They also have annual publication called Curvy which features creative artwork from female graphic designers.

They’re releasing their mens equivalent mag in late November called Roger, which is something to watch out for (I’ll be getting my clothes in the first issue) and it’ll be along similar lines – staying away from the FHM and Ralph and Maxim route, which I think is cool for several reasons.”
