Redesign All The Rage In Publishing

by Guy Brighton

69_190905_killers_cover1About a year ago we commented on the tabloid redesign of the UK Times, then Billboard magazine followed up with a nice revamp, then the Guardian went Berliner. Publishers seem to be in a frenzy when it comes to touching up their titles. Now austere music title NME has smartened up its act with a new look magazine only 2 years after it’s last relaunch.

Elsewhere in the UK, a local newspaper is offering a different look and feel depending on the sport you prefer. Readers can buy the blue version of the Saturday issue of the Leicester Mercury if they prefer football (soccer) or the green version of the paper if they prefer rugby.
