Sustainable Fast Food: Sellers Markets

By Piers Fawkes on October 20, 2005

Keyann Sayer over has written up her visit of a new(?) sustainable fast food enterprise called Sellers Markets in San Francisco’s Financial District:

Delicious fare sourced from
local ranchers, artisans and organic farmers can be yours for under $10
in under ten minutes…. [Their] goal is to utilize as many environmentally sound products and practices as possible.

This applies to the decor as well.  The bright, modern space doesn’t scream "green," but subtly integrates re-used elements.

Founder Deborah Sellers believes the concept could be brought to any market there’s a WholeFoods!
