Call-Back Support - Death Of On-Hold Music?

Users of Intuit’s newest version of Quickbooks can submit queries online and get a call back from a technician within 2 hours. This eliminates the need for calling them and be put on hold and having to listen to some tiresome music. It will be even better if you can call their 800-number, register your phone number by touchtone and they call you back. But hey, this is a start. Hope other companies copy this approach. Good move Intuit!
