Samsung Believe The Future In NAND

The Times of London reports that Samsung is heavily betting on the future growth of NAND flash memory – which it believes will experience rapid growth over the next two years. They’re investing $33billion into the technology with the belief that ‘flash-type’ chips will soon become the most popular memory format for all portable gadgetry.
