The idea: A fresh take on fast food. Description: Restaurateur Roy Liebenthal and designer Ali Tayar’s brought fast food to modern life with their new concept. Pop Burger sells fast food: Burgers, hotdogs, onion rings, and fries – the place smacks of healthy simplicity. After dark a fully qualified NYC cocktail bar out back serves a lively Meat Packing crowd.

What makes this idea different? It refreshes a retail concept that is, for many people, a necessity. Open and honest, you feel like you’re making an educated choice about your food – all in a funky atmosphere. (and check out their new Pizza venture a couple of doors south!)
