Later this month mobile telecom company will offer 3g mobile users TV content for their phones including Sex and the City, Six Feet Under and ‘24′. Sport content will also be available from Eurosport and the UEFA Champions League.
The service will be available in Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, UK, Belgium, France, Switzerland and Austria.
PSFK would love to hear from anyone using the service – we’d like to know their reaction to watching TV on that small screen. On the other hand, if Vodafone is listening – maybe they’d care to let one of our UK contributors check it out?

Well, we made a “guided tour” for Vodafone´s Live! Portal relaunch in November here in germany – and the problem was to mix animations and moderated film-sequences in a manner, that they fit on every mobile-screen – all in all one can say that by streaming it in the 3gp format afterwards we found a good solution in a performance/quality ratio – the guided tour, which explains the new features of the portal, has been viewed more than 30.000 times, and users seem to like it.
Vodafone already offers mobile TV here in Germany since about a year – they are quite succesful with even live shows and concerts, as well as with famous shows here.
