Web 2.0 Suffers End Of Year Jitters

Typepad, Gawker and del.icio.us have suffered problems in the last few days. The Typepad system collapsed last Friday stopping a significant proportion of bloggers from carrying out their daily posts. On Monday, the del.cio.us tagging system went down and Gawker struggled to apply its update to its Kinja RSS feeder within the time it set. The weekend update of the Kinja system was due to be complete by Monday morning still wasn’t up as we wrote this post.
