Yogurt Stirs Up Yoga

Is it just us or is Yoga getting a bit rock and roll? This time last year everyone seemed to be heading off to Ashram in Karala for a couple of weeks of modest omming with the monks everyday at 5am, this year everyone seems to be off to Costa Rica to stay with an ex-New Yorker who presents her own mix of yoga and extreme sports. Yogurt was inspired by the reaction to the founders wearing ironic black rock T Shirts to class – T shirts with slogans like ‘Bored’ or ‘Poser’ on them:
