Apple’s Plasma Screen-Tivo

by Guy Brighton in Music, TV & Film, Entertainment, Electronics & Gadgets, WiLife, Web & Technology, Home & Garden

We already talked about the possibility of an Apple-Tivo box launched in 2006, but how about this: a 50" plasma screen from iPod with an Apple computer and Tivo-like device built in? Rumors are flying around the interweb that Apple are about to launch this new product. The screen will also have bluetooth and wireless technology - probably changing home entertainment as you know it.

At PSFK, we’ve long held the belief that one day we’ll no longer have physical formats like CDs and DVDs  and probably we’ll no longer need much hard disk space - we’ll be pulling our music and video anywhere at anytime from wireless broadband in the air. If the plasma screen is true, this could be the beginning of the revolution!
