Over the last three years, the lunchtimes of Londoners have been dramatically changed.  In previous years the hungry city worker would have been forced to buy either a supermarket sandwich or brave the local caff. However, one man has changed all this.

Niall MacArthur, a former investment banker, has created an incredibly successful chain of healthy fast-food outlets. MacArthur spotted the trend for early eating and has made a huge success of it.

“I realised that the days of liquid lunches had gone… Instead it was all about fresh, healthy eating in a limited amount of time.”

The first EAT opened in 1996 and there are now 52 in the UK. The stores are notable for their clean design and attention to detail. The packaging is beautifully designed and this has given EAT an incredibly strong brand. Expect to see an EAT store near you soon.
