I mean, Facebook presents such a vivid, live look into a potential employees life, mind, thinking. Heck- it even provides testimonials from friends. If I were hiring someone, I'd probably pay more attention to their facebook profile than their resume. </p> <p>Not necessarily to not hire someone - but to hire the right person who also demonstrates a mindset suited to the kind of job I'm offering. </p> This was bound to happen. If I were hiring someone, I’d probably pay more attention to their facebook profile than their resume.

Not necessarily to not hire someone – but to hire the right person who also demonstrates a mindset suited to the kind of job I’m offering.
