The Horizon Report 2005 puts together many topics that have been discussed on PSFK. It covers Social Computing, Personal Broadcasting, Everyday Use of mobile phones, Augmented Reality and Enhanced Visualization and Context-Aware Environments.
Although the publisher New Media Consortium NMC has a focus on the educational side of things it’s a quite interesting wrap-up of technologies and their impact:
The consortium serves as a catalyst for the development of new applications of technology to support learning and creative expression, and sponsors programs and activities designed to stimulate innovation, encourage collaboration, and recognize excellence among its member institutions. Through its many projects, its comprehensive web site, and its series of international conferences, the NMC stimulates dialog and understanding through the exploration of promising ideas, technologies, and applications.

Talking about creativity and innovation can prove misleading unless one is able to determine which person can be creative or innovative in which area. Sometimmes people are qualified for different things and end up doing well in a completely different area.

I think the report doesn’t want to determine in any way who can be creative or innovative. It’s just an overview of technologies and their possible impact on education and creativity.
Anyone can be creative or innovative using any kind of technology.
