Tomamu Ice Village

Tomamu Ice Village

By Guy Brighton on February 14, 2006

A village built in Japan’s far north is made up of dome-shaped buildings are all built of ice. By spraying ice and snow on a big balloon homes are made in the ‘village’ that have been as large as 30 meters in diameter.

The village also included chilled art experiences like "Ice Tunnel", the "Sea of Light"; and of course, a Smirnoff sponsored Ice Bar.
