Converse Goes Hemp

What do you do with an iconic brand that is celebrated for one basic style? Yeah, you could try to extend the brand into new categories (yawn), or even get some whacked out designer to create a new shoe (oh dear), alternatively you could connect with what’s really going on with kids lives and connect with them on important issues like, erm, the future of the world. That’s why we like the Converse sneaker Treehugger spotted made of hemp. OK, let’s ignore all that rubber and plastic and enjoy the goodliness of it all.
