Actually tried this out a week ago, it drew a crowd and was novel to watch. Most importantly, the Guinness tasted just as it should too, hand poured!

The Surger will be fantastic for small bars, beaches etc where getting a proper cellar involved isn't possible.

I want to try other drinks on it though...maybe stick my tongue on it etc.

I got an emailer about this Guinness product - what bothered me was the suggestion of microwave energy flowing around at table height - which must do wonders to push sperm counts down. Is contraception a hidden product benefit? I communicated my concerns to mama guinness but so far she hasn't seen fit to respond.

Actually, I think they developped something similar for the Japanese market where bars didn't have space or equipment to serve Guiness as it should be. So they provided Guiness in bottles and a similar device.
