Industry Informer: CFDA Announcement

California based label TROVATA have plenty to get excited about. Today Trovata were nominated for the mens wear Swarovski Perry Ellis Award at this year’s Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards (CFDA). A Trovata spokesperson says ‘Win or lose, we’re extremely honored and looking forward to the big night in June.’ The Trovata’s design team – Jeff Halmos, Josia Lamberto-Egan, Sam Shipley and John Whitledge – are sure to be waiting in anticipation for one of the accolades in US fashion design.

Other hopefulls for the award are Steven Cox and Daniel Silver for Duckie Brown; Nathan Bogle, David Neville and Marcus Wainwright for Rag & Bone.
