Boutique Airlines
BrandNoise has an interesting article about Boutique Airlines. It caught my eye, because last Thursday I flew back from Europe on Privitair. Among its routes, Privitair flies fatcat bloggers and other business folk from Munich to Newark airport and back on behalf of Lufthansa. Before I got on, I thought that the service would drop a little because there seemed to be so many more business passengers on the plane (sat 4 to a row). However, the focus on providing one level of service actually meant an even better service that the (very) few times I’ve travelled at this end of the spectrum on carriers like Continental.
