Recently, every man and his dog wanted to set up a charity or business support organization. The sincerity of some projects became unclear. Also, the Centre for Fashion Enterprise (CFE) can be placed in this bracket – it helps the cogs of luxury UK fashion to turn – placing raw fashion talent under its wing to mold their commercial skills.
