A new workshop from the Industry Forum plans to provide attendess with a valuable insight into Zara’s key supply chain strategies and how the delivery of fast fashion changes the relationship not only with consumers but all along the supply chain. The bumpf says:

In the current climate of fast fashion, time is critical: speed and efficiency is now both a strategic imperative and a tactical necessity. Fast fashion requires different thinking in the way product is developed and how pre-production processes are undertaken and production organised.
