Interesting…but how is this much different from the perhaps misnamed mongolian barbecue restaurant (such as bd’s) concept that’s been around for a good while?

from the pic, the differences look like
1. on the street
2. meal is assembled with pre-cooked food
3. cold
closer to the concept of a chinese style takeaway salad bar than mongolian bbq
