Treehugger’s latest vidcast looks at the trend in organic and bio-dynamic wines. Bio-dynamic wines look not only at the ingredients used but the bio-sphere it is grown in. Jonathan Russo, publisher of the Organic Wine Journal says of the new produce:
"It’s a luxury item. Why? Because you’re not poisoning yourself. For the very first time when you drink bio-dynamic grown wine, you’re not inhaling or you’re not digesting a cocktail or urbacides, pestacides or fungacides."
