Seen in paris

by Guy Brighton

This weeks posting of Seen… was captured by Face Hunter’s Yvan Rodic in the 19th district of Paris. While rubbing shoulders with cultural networkers and fashion followers at Lesapérosdujeudi and La Générale - Rodic’s pursuit of new and unusual was fulfilled.

In describing ‘the face’ he says: “I found a tall guy with a Tyrolean hat in the entrance corridor. Today everybody salvages the same references like 70’s rock, punk, and gothic, old skool hip-hop… What is interesting here is to find a single piece that go totally out of standard backgrounds, using an unutilized universe: the Austrian Folklore. It’s a little bit absurd and enables to refresh the too-much-seen-00’s-cliché-fashion-looks.”
