Iconic fashion photographer and film director William Klein has put his name to a new film festival that is running until May 26 in London. The event takes place in three London venues – Ciné lumière (French Institute), The Horse Hospital and the Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA) – and features a mixture of early and classic cinema, contemporary art and documentary.
On May 20th Klein’s famous influential movie ‘Qui êtes-vous, Polly Maggoo?’ will be shown at the ICA.
The programme also includes films by Alfred Hitchcok and David Byren as well as lectures, talks and Q&A sessions with artists, designers and critics including Hamish Morrow, Anna-Nicole Ziesche, Jean-François Carly, Penny Martin and Shelley Fox.
