Timeshifting & Placeshifting Hiring Interviews

Hirevue sends a Webcam and a standard set of questions to each candidate to record the interview. The candidate is allowed 30 seconds to read the question and 2 minutes to answer it. As an interviewer, you can then review the interview at your convenience and speed and do the evaluation in a relaxed manner. Its like Tivo and Slingbox combined for hiring interviews. If used properly, this can dramatically simplify the whole hiring process and possibly greatly expand your catchment area for good candidates.  Neat idea!
