Title: Online Marketing Manager, iTunes

Reports to: Senior Manager, Marketing, Promotions and Partnerships, iTunes

This position is responsible for developing online acquisition programs and partnerships to drive efficient traffic, customer acquisition and revenues for the iTunes Product Marketing team. This person will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Marketing Communications, and outside partners to develop the program infrastructure and reporting solutions that can be leveraged world wide. The iTunes Online Marketing Manager will be accountable for traffic, sales and customer acquisition goals. The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in online marketing and partnership management as well as strong leadership and management skills.

- Develop and manage scalable online demand generation acquisition programs, including affiliate marketing, paid and organic search, comparison shopping / datafeeds and strategic partnerships.

- Partner with Apple Advertising team to develop integrated online advertising programs that support customer acquisition, revenue generation and brand-building initiatives. Identify and secure co-op advertising dollars from iTunes content providers.

- Deliver on monthly and quarterly traffic, sales and efficiency targets.

- Develop center of excellence standards and infrastructure for online acquisition program that can be leveraged by all worldwide iTunes Product Marketing teams.

- Serve as business owner for technology infrastructure projects required to scale online acquisition programs worldwide. Identify and propose new development projects.

- Passion for ecommerce and Internet advertising.

- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to present recommendations and plans to senior management.

- Proven analytical skills and quantitative mindset.

Experience:

- 5-7 years relevant online marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years working in online commerce.

- Specific experience managing scaling search, comparison shopping and datafeed programs.

- Experience working with online advertising agencies and media planning tools.

- Significant experience evaluating and using online marketing analytics tools such as Omniture, Coremetrics or proprietary solutions.

- BA/BS required with strong quantitative background; MBA a plus but not required.

- International work experience a plus.

Title: Mobile Marketing Manager, iTunes

Reports to: Senior Manager, Marketing, Promotions and Partnerships, iTunes

This position is responsible for overseeing worldwide mobile marketing programs for iTunes content and feature campaigns. This person will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Marketing Communications, and outside partners to develop the program infrastructure and reporting solutions that can be leveraged worldwide. The iTunes Mobile Marketing Manager will be accountable for traffic, sales and customer acquisition goals. The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in mobile marketing and partnership management as well as strong leadership and management skills.

- Devise, measure, and monitor criteria for successful campaigns, with a focus on customer experience and ROI.

-Collaborate with iTunes Engineering to build program components as the foundation of the mobile marketing strategy.

- Engage music, concert, and television fans with compelling offers and promotions.

- Strong knowledge of the mobile marketing ecosystem and infrastructure, from carriers to aggregators to agencies to customers.

- Strong understanding of the handset technology limitations and their impact on messaging and customer experience.

- Excellent contacts at US and International carriers, especially in the marketing disciplines.

- Work with the major carriers, worldwide, to ensure the best coverage and exposure to the potential audience.

- Identify and cooperate with aggregators and mobile marketing agencies to build innovative campaigns.

- Reach out to content providers to forge strong relationships and expose opportunities for mobile exclusives.

Title: Video and Music Partner Marketing Manager, iTunes

Reports to: Senior Manager, Marketing, Promotions and Partnerships, iTunes

This position is responsible for developing impactful marketing strategies, tactics, and programs in direct partnership with music and video content providers for iTunes. These programs will be well-integrated with the iTunes product line and complement priorities developed by the Product Marketing, Label and Video Relations, Corporate Communications and Marketing Communications teams.

The role includes relationship management and tactical business development responsibilities for music and television industry partners including record label marketers, artist management companies, concert tour and promotional outlets, television networks, entertainment publications, as well as other online and offline marketing entities focused on music and video. The Music and Video Marketing Manager will be measured according to his/her ability to execute on high-impact marketing programs that generate awareness and new customers, exploring and capitalizing on emerging opportunities. Programs developed will be assessed based on overall impact to sales and revenue, cost-effectiveness, ROI considerations, and alignment to Company goals and strategies.

The Music and Video Marketing Manager is the music and video expert on the iTunes Product Marketing team ˜ collaborating with team members responsible for acquisition and retention programs, sales, partner marketing, online and affiliate marketing, and product management for the iTunes application and the iTunes Music Store.

- Relationship management abilities/strong interpersonal communication skills.

- Skilled negotiator with a working knowledge of Business Law/Contracts.

- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to present recommendations and plans to senior management.

- Excellent business proposal writing.

- Skilled at developing and exercising cross-functional influence.

Experience:

- 8-10 years relevant entertainment marketing and business development experience, with a minimum of 5 years working in online media.

- BA/BS required with strong analytical background; MBA preferred.

Title: Urban Marketing Manager, iTunes

Reports to: Senior Manager, Marketing, Promotions and Partnerships, iTunes

This position is responsible for developing impactful marketing strategies, tactics, and programs to reach the urban market. These programs will be well-integrated with the iTunes product line and complement priorities developed by the Product Marketing, Label and Video Relations, Corporate Communications and Marketing Communications teams.

The role includes developing and executing scalable, high-impact marketing programs with a range of companies focused on urban and ethnic markets, including television networks, radio stations, entertainment publications, online businesses, as well as other online and offline marketing entities. The Urban Marketing Manager will be measured according to his/her ability to execute on marketing programs that generate sales and new customers, exploring and capitalizing on emerging opportunities. Programs developed will be assessed based on overall impact to sales and revenue, cost-effectiveness, ROI considerations, and alignment to Company goals and strategies.

The Urban Marketing Manager is the urban expert on the iTunes Product Marketing team ˜ collaborating with team members responsible for acquisition and retention programs, sales, partner marketing, online and affiliate marketing, mobile marketing, and product management for the iTunes application and the iTunes Music Store.
