According to an article in Fast Company, your recent property speculation in TriBeCa and the Notting Hill may have been better invested into Jersey City and Crawley. The article looks at how in the past settlements and towns were developed at transport gateways – at crossroads, at bridges and ports – and that in the future we’ll see the development of cities around airports.
Already Hong Kong airport sees the development of a city around the airport – and on a slightly alternative theme, Thailand is building a city around a billion dollar train line close to Bangkok.

Hi..I am watching the
developments around Bangkok’s airport. More interesting to me than
the subway is the road down th east side of the
airport opening up a huge tract of land with immediate access to the airport.
