Used to educate kids and anyone who will listen, the H-racer has been developed by Horizon to be the worlds smallest fuel cell car in the world. The car measures 16cm X 7cm and once charged can run in a straight line for over 100 meters.
Best thing of all, it can be yours for US$40 (although, you will need the Hydrogen station which also costs US$40) – full details here.
One question: if they can make a hydrogen fuel cell car that small as a toy for that low a price, why not scale it up people?
