Dowloading Or Uploading?

Smartmobs points to an article about the prediction that most Australians should have high-speed broadband connections of 10 megabits per second or more, “enabling them to download high-definition video content” and demand for high quality video will soak up supply.

PSFK thought of the hour: Will all that bandwidth be used just for downloading? Imagine people uploaded as much as they downloaded. We’re all making our own content already - why not our own TV channels - 1 billion of them. Possible, no?
