second chance fashion bills itself as an ‘on-line social network community for designers, artists and small businesses in the fashion industry.’

They have just launched their ‘social networking community‘ so its creative members can make friends, show off their portfolio and join groups. They also get featured on the second chance blog.

With respect to these guys, surely we must be reaching a tipping-point soon? How many social networking sites can one belong too?
