There does seem to be some buzz about the Hispanic tradition of Quinceanera – a milestone celebration for Hispanic girls turning 15. There’s a new magazine out in the US and a Sundance-award winning film due out about one young girl’s party. Mary Milliken over at Hispanic Trending suggests:
The low-budget, Sundance award-winning film “Quinceanera” may teach Americans more about Latino life in the United States than any other movie.
