Nokia Launches New Bluetooth Signal

Yeah – and you were swore you’d never wear one of those little plastic ear Bluetooth pieces in your ears. And now you do, and people stare at you in parks, cars, cafes wondering why you’re talking to yourself. Do you ever realize? Care?

Anyway, Nokia want you to wear that device more often with a whole host of other devices that can be connected such as watches, wireless keyboards, toys and sports sensors. Nokia calls this signal Wibree and says:

By extending the role mobile devices can play in consumers’ lives, this technology increases the growth potential in these market segments.
