Now BBH is in SL too!

As reported yesterday, the big advertising agencies have reached Second Life. And today saw the opening of BBH’s virtual offering.

According to BBH:

“The design of the new building is part fantasy, part reality, and takes in some of the best features from the existing BBH first life offices. It’s a great way for us all to learn about new virtual environments and user created content, and lends further weight – as if it were needed – to BBH’s growing reputation in the digital space.

“A tool for all BBH offices, we will have private and public areas, public spaces will allow anyone to find out more about BBH and the private spaces we will use to invite people to look at work, case studies, department meetings, forums (with leading Second Lifers), new business meetings and even pitches.”

Will the ongoing commercialism and corporate spam drive Second Lifers away? It’s starting to feel more and more like a media showcase than a pleasant alternative world.
