Prêt à Manger’s Concept Restaurants

The Dexigner site points us to a competition called Prêt à Manger (no relation to the UK sarnie store) where 25 international students from SPD Master’s in Interior Design envisioned eight new concept restaurants. In one concept called Contatto people taste food lying down on a couch, without cutlery, dishes, chairs and tables; At Studio 10, erm, “the menu is part of the space and is communicated through materials that are built into the environment”; and Ludicroom where diners roam the restaurant armed with knives and forks as part of a game!
