Stella is The New Black

Dolly Jones at Vogue.co.uk reports on the newest luxury item- the designer bank card. Private bank Coutts & Co has commissioned Stella McCartney to design its latest current account card. The design supposedly "combines the intricacies found on banknotes and on the Coutts cheque book with aspects of the British countryside".

Forget black cards, the best wallets can now hold designer cards to show off both their wealth and sense of style. In Stella’s own words "It is a design area that has been overlooked in the past and it’s
about time you get to spend your hard earned money with an account card
that looks good!"
